The Retro Board Challenge UPDATE get down to East Wittering this Saturday 10th!
The 50 invited spaces for the A1Surf Retro Board Challenge in association with Wittering Surf Shop this weekend are full!
The event takes place this Saturday 10th October at East Wittering, West Sussex, form 9am to 4pm.
Sponsors for this event inlcude: Chilled Turtle Clothing, Lightning Bolt, Xcel Wetsuits, Black & White Surfboards, Lok Box Fins, Santa Cruz and Indo Boards.
Judging and beach marshalling is kindly supported by Shore Surf Club.
Spectators are encouraged to come down and watch this the charity surf comp with a difference.
There’s also a prize raffle on the day for everyone to enter, with the chance to win prizes including a surf holiday to Portugal and loads of other surf gear.
And the fun continues into the evening with a party at the Shore Inn, in a large marquee. The band ‘Cover Note’ will be playing.
Tickets cost just £5 and are available now from Wittering Surf Shop.
Monies raised from this event will be given to the local RNLI Selsey Lifeboat Station and Surfers Against Sewage.
